Established in the vibrant city of Bangalore, India, Megabound is a pioneer in manufacturing comprehensive hard-case solutions for the bookbinding and packaging industries. Founded by Mr. Srinivasa Reddy in 2001, Megabound's success stems from its relentless commitment to market feedback and continuous research.
The journey began with the launch of the Perfect Binding Single Clamp Machine, which was widely appreciated by customers. Responding to evolving demands, Megabound introduced its own case binding machine, the Case Maker CB310, in 2005, setting new standards in the industry.
That same year, Mr. Ravichandra Reddy joined as Director-Administration, contributing administrative expertise, while Mr. Ramesh Karuppathevar, as Technical Director, bolstered the company’s technical innovation.

In 2006, recognizing a need in the notebook manufacturing sector, Megabound launched the Edge Squaring Machine, fulfilling industry requirements. Extensive research in 2006-07 led to the revolutionary Case Maker 410FL, capable of accommodating two operators, boosting production efficiency by 30%. A further upgrade in 2008 allowed three operators, increasing productivity by an impressive 25-30%.
In 2009, Megabound introduced a range of machines tailored for the notebook industry, including the Casing-in Machine, Joint Forming Machine JF500, and the innovative Case Maker Active, which enhanced functionality with single-operator capability and window- pasting options. That same year, Megabound became the first Indian printing equipment manufacturer to present a comprehensive range of case binding machines at the Print Pack Exhibition in New Delhi.

Continuing its trajectory of innovation, Megabound launched the Case Maker Active Plus in 2010, doubling productivity compared to its predecessor while providing four folds simultaneously. That year also marked the expansion of Megabound's manufacturing facility to 11,000 square feet, housing a workforce of 60 employees working across two shifts.
Megabound's compact case maker machines cater to a wide array of binding tasks, including book covers, box files, photo albums, clip pads, game boards, notebooks, and diaries. By offering solutions for businesses of all sizes, Megabound has established a global presence, exporting to Europe, America, Australia, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Oceania.

Now, in 2025, at the prestigious PRINTPACK Exhibition, Megabound proudly launched its Fully Automatic Hard Case Maker, redefining efficiency, automation, and precision for the binding industry.
