The operator begins by passing the cover material into the gluing unit, where it receives an even coating of hot gelatin glue, ensuring optimal adhesion for a professional finish

Equipped with foot switches, our Active model puts the operator in command, allowing for perfect registering of the cover material with the air suction plate. With precision in mind, suction bars manually guide the placement of board pieces onto the cover material, ensuring accurate positioning with every pass.

Experience unparalleled efficiency as the cover material undergoes turning-in on all four edges in just two passes, facilitated by brushes and pressing rollers. For added versatility, our Active Plus model effortlessly handles cases with central window cut-outs, ideal for photo album production. Upon completion, the final product is smoothly delivered to the rear of the machine on an inclined delivery table, ready for your next stage of production.
